With councils desperate to appear cycle friendly hilarious outcomes often ensue. I recently came across a fantastic website that lists cycle facilities of the month. Here are some of my favourites that really made me laugh:
I would rather take my chance on the road
The take your life into your own hands bike lane
Too ridiculous for words
You have to wonder how these cycle facilities even got approved in the first place. It would be nice to see councils actually take cyclists more seriously.
