It’s a rather scary way to drive home the message but a new interactive online game promoting Spencer’s Solicitors as a service for when you have an accident encourages you to test when you have a genuine claim.

It takes you through a short series of scenarios asking whether you’d have a case to make a claim in an accident. The first video is of a cyclist taking a nasty hit from a car that drives on to a roundabout when it isn’t their priority.
Things take a turn for the more light-hearted in the second video which looks like someone trying to make £250 from you’ve been framed. It is important to realise when you have a claim as costs for an unfortunate accident can be pretty astronomical.
